6 months old!

I CAN'T BELIEVE HE IS 6 MONTHS OLD ALREADY!! Where did the time go? I am not really sure where it went but I hope it starts to slow down even just a little bit...

Fun!

It's been a beautiful couple of days with a lot of sun and fun! We went to the park for the first time on Sunday. Demani slept through most of it :) We did get a picture before he went to sleep. Most times when he is in the stroller or the car he falls asleep and then when we get home most of the time he wakes up.

We got an exersaucer last night for him and he loved it from the get go. I am hoping that he enjoys it throughout the day so that I am able to get some things done.

I am excited to buy his first pair of sandals soon :) He might not be excited about it but I am.

Well I best go for now. I have just a limited amount of time with him in the exersaucer...

I'm a big boy

A big boy already...this is going way too fast for mom!!! He is sitting up, rolling over, and eating cereal. Just yesterday, I couldn't see my feet because of my belly and now Demani is approaching 6 months old. Sometimes I wish I could hit pause or bottle up a moment so that I can revisit it again and again. The way he looks at me sometimes with those big brown eyes, that laugh that melts you, or the way he crunches his nose up when he latches on to eat, these are the moments I cherish.

Here are some recent moments that I captured on film, though not in a bottle....

Rolling, rolling, rolling

Demani rolled over for the first time on Thursday! It was pretty cool to watch. I think Demani thought it was pretty cool that he had figured out how to do it. Once he rolled from his back to his tummy he just stayed there and smiled :) We caught the second rollover on video.

We dressed in denim for Easter. Little man wore his first dress shirt and tie. He matched daddy! Here's a pic.

Little Bunny wasn't too cooperative with this photo shoot. He doesn't seem to be too fond of hats these days! Demani is close to sitting up, I don't know if you can tell but I am holding him up with my legs and taking the picture at the same time. As you can see Panda and Demani are getting along quite well. Panda will come up to Demani and let him pet him. It is pretty cute!

Last night Demani pushed over my glass of water and it went on me and the floor! He is reaching for everything these days! I will have to be more careful from here on out!
