Scene: Chaotic dinner. Mexican night. I made Demani salsa dippers - a quesadilla with refried beans and cheese, cut into strips and dipped into fresh salsa. The babies had the same, minus the salsa. And last night no one was eating it! Seren just kept turning her head when we tried to help her get started by feeding her a piece and Mekai was throwing his on the floor. We tried to encourage Demani to take bites and it wasn't working. I couldn't believe that no one was going for it! Demani was just sitting there looking at his plate full of food and said,
"Mommy, I need some food!"
We laughed so hard. Mathwon may have found it a bit more funny than I ;)
Thank God for peanut butter and jelly!!
